Terms & Conditions

(1) I am an individual 21 years of age or older residing in the United States of America (USA).

(2) I understand that Diabeticsuppliesatm.com is a medium for selling excess diabetes supplies.

(3) I certify that I am the sole and rightful owner of the item(s) being sold to Diabeticsuppliesatm.com or possess the rights to sell them from the rightful owner. I understand that if any item turns out to have been stolen, I will not receive compensation for the items or have the supplies returned to me at my own expense.

(4) I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diabetic Supplies ATM, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, and responsibilities relating to the item(s) being sold to Diabeticsuppliesatm.com.

(5) All diabetic supplies provided are in sealed, original packaging and have not been opened or tampered with.

(6) I will only send diabetic supplies that:
– Are not expired, and
– Will not expire for at least 8 months from today.”
How to count 8 months:
Start from the current month as Month 0, then count forward.
Example: If today is September (Month 0), acceptable diabetic supplies must expire May or later (Month 8).

(7) Diabeticsuppliesatm.com will not provide payment for any boxes that are expired or damaged upon receipt.
– Expired items will be safely disposed of.
– Damaged but usable supplies may be donated to approved local organizations.
In both cases, you will be notified before any disposal or donation takes place. Return requests are not guaranteed and may be subject to shipping fees._

(8) Diabeticsuppliesatm.com does not buy international boxes. We only buy diabetic supplies with NDC codes.

(9)Diabeticsuppliesatm.com will honor your quote for 30 days from the date of submission, as long as the diabetic supplies you send match the description provided when requesting the quote.
All shipments are carefully inspected upon arrival. If there are any discrepancies between the items quoted and the items received (such as retail vs. mail-order packaging, different brands, quantities, or conditions), we reserve the right to adjust the final payment accordingly.
